Email configuration in Nixxis

1.    Introduction 
The purpose of this article is to provide an explanation to configure an email account into NCS. 

2.    Set up the mail account 
The account is configured in Drive:\Nixxis\Crappserver\mail.config.
The id of the account must completely be equal to the destination in Nixxis Contact Suite: 



3.    Set up the mail activity
Below, you can see the link between " Activity -> Queue -> Team " for the Email Campaign. 
In our example, we want the agent 100 being able to handle the emails from « hstest » email activity: 









The agent can now connect to receive emails from this email server.
