Prerequisites - Workstation
Introduction
This article aims to list the prerequisites for agents, supervision & administration workstations.
Agent Workstation
Specifications | Minimum requirements |
| Physical (CPU) | Intel Core i3 6th Gen or AMD Ryzen 3 – 2,4 GHz |
| Physical Memory | 4 GB RAM |
| Operating system | Windows 10 |
| Monitor resolution | 1280 * 1024 |
Notes :
- For NCS V3.x, Microsoft Edge WebView2 runtime must be deployed on agent's workstations
- More info here : https://developer.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-edge/webview2/
- The Evergreen package is recommended
- Microsoft .Net Framework 4.8
- The NixxisClientDesktop.exe should be able to access the host cert.zoiper.com on port 443 TCP for licensing checks
- For the option 'Visualize agent's screen' on the Supervision Module : 2 ports need to be opened, 5900 and 5800 over TCP
- Download the latest version of Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable based on your OS configuration:

Notes :
- Microsoft .Net Framework 4.8
- Windows Media Player 10
- The NixxisClientDesktop.exe file must be able to access the host cert.zoiper.com on port 443 using TCP to perform license checks.
- For the option 'Visualize agent's screen' in the Supervision Module : 2 ports need to be opened, 5900 and 5800 using TCP
- Download the latest version of Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable based on your OS configuration:
