Prerequisites - Workstation

Introduction

This article aims to list the prerequisites for agents, supervision & administration workstations.

Agent Workstation

Specifications	Minimum requirements
Physical (CPU)	Intel Core i3 6th Gen or AMD Ryzen 3 – 2,4 GHz
Physical Memory	4 GB RAM
Operating system	Windows 10
Monitor resolution	1280 * 1024

Notes :

1. For NCS V3.x, Microsoft Edge WebView2 runtime must be deployed on agent's workstations

3. The Evergreen package is recommended
4. Microsoft .Net Framework 4.8
   
5. The NixxisClientDesktop.exe should be able to access the host cert.zoiper.com on port 443 TCP for licensing checks
   
6. For the option 'Visualize agent's screen' on the Supervision Module : 2 ports need to be opened, 5900 and 5800 over TCP
   
7. Download the latest version of Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable based on your OS configuration:

Administration/Supervision Workstation

Monitor resolution	Resolution 1920 * 1080

Notes :

1. Microsoft .Net Framework 4.8
   
2. Windows Media Player 10
   
3. The NixxisClientDesktop.exe file must be able to access the host cert.zoiper.com on port 443 using TCP to perform license checks.
4. For the option 'Visualize agent's screen' in the Supervision Module : 2 ports need to be opened, 5900 and 5800 using TCP
