How to configure the Default Voicemail IVR

This article describes the configuration of the Default Voicemail IVR in the Administrator Interface of Nixxis Contact Suite (NCS) via the wizard including:
• Parameter setting at the level of the call flow of the inbound activity
• The choice of the announce message
• The selection of a recording
• The end of the configuration

1. Parameter setting at the level of the call flow of the inbound activity
Select the "Default Voicemail IVR" from the drop-down list of preprocessors.



Click on the arrow to the right of the IVR in the preprocessor field, the configuration window will appear:



The Default Voicemail IVR does not offer any possible choice apart from submitting a voice message after reading the outgoing message.

2. Selection of the announce message
Select a recording in the drop-down menu of the welcome message (here: “welcome.wav” has been selected) or, if the recording has not yet been configured, click on the arrow to the right of the message to be configured in the field of the welcome message, the message creation window will appear:



3. End of configuration 
Click on "Finish" after selecting the announce message.
