How to customize record name

There are a lot of variables you can add in the filename as shown in the screenshot below. 



You have to open CrConfigurator.exe, select “User options” and click on “Format info” to view the list of variables you can add in the filename. The field that you have to change is “Voice”. 

By default as demonstrated by the screen, the name of the format is configured with “{0} {1} - {3} {4}”.  
So you have the DateTime “{0}”, the Originator “{1}”, the Agent first name “{3}” and the Agent last name “{4}”. 
 
For the changes to take effect, you need to restart the agent.
